Welcome to the Mortgage Funding Group website.

The Mortgage Funding Group is a coalition of interested organisations (major lenders and trade bodies) which meets to discuss the major issues affecting the UK mortgage industry as a whole.

Members represent a broad spectrum of major lenders, banks, building societies and non-bank lenders with a wide diversity of funding mechanisms and experience from retail deposits to covered bonds and securitisation.

We have also recently hosted an industry wide conference to discuss and solicit views.

Our overall aim is to help the Government restore a healthy and sustainable mortgage market with a wide range of active lenders and well-served borrowers.
